Cancellation Policy
I reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee for all no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Clients late to their appointment by 15 minutes or more may have services adjusted or need to be rescheduled entirely.
I understand and am empathetic to life happening! Please reach out if something beyond your control prevents you for attending your appointment, or if you are sick and attending your appointment could put others at risk. Habitual lack of communication will deter priority for any future scheduling of services, or require a non refundable deposit for booking. It is a priority of mine to respect and honor your time.
